1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ZapData, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate registration details.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Accounts found to be used fraudulently will be suspended.

3. Purchases

Orders are placed at the price shown at checkout. Delivery is instant in most cases but may take up to 24 hours. Refundable situations are described in our Refund Policy. You are responsible for entering correct phone numbers, meter numbers and betting account IDs.

4. Fair use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or abuse the platform.
• Do not resell services outside the agent program.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.

5. Agent program

Agent pricing and recharge card printing are available only to active subscribers. An expired subscription reverts the account to standard customer pricing automatically.

6. Limitation of liability

We work with third-party providers and cannot guarantee provider uptime. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order, which is handled per our Refund Policy.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
